This is my first child and I'd like to give birth naturally and want a doula that can help guide me through this. I'm giving birth at Avista Hospital. My insurance will pay for Doula. I don't quite have a birth plan yet and want help with that from Doula.

We need an experienced professional, preferably with experience with preterm or small newborns. We are looking for someone to help us at night once dad goes back to work until baby and mom are able to sleep for longer stretches at night. Must be comfortable with friendly dogs in the house (we have two, they sleep with us in our room but one may be with mom when she comes out to pump).
