Probably hospital birth, no epidural. Looking for someone to guide me through movements that will help baby and me progress in labor, help me stay in the right mindset, and provide counterpressure.

4th baby I have had pretty quick labor and deliveries my first 2 was a 5 hour start to finish upon arrival to birth o had epidurals with them however my 3rd was born 9 minutes after arriving at the hospital no epidural. I was in NY with midwives at Stonybrook hospital and my friends mom who’s the head of midwifery delivered my last and my friends cousin delivered my second so I’ve had very comfortable familiar experiences. My first I delivered with an obgyn who was my regular provider bc it was my first and I was nervous and wanted a dr. She gave me an episotomy which was a tougher recovery I tore a tiny bit in that scar line with my second but my friends mom really supported everything and bc it was so quick I didn’t tear at all with my 3rd. I do not want an episotomy and I want the OB to support so I don’t tear. I’m having more birth anxiety than I had the past 3 times bc my environment is new and I’m 6 years older than I was at my last birth. I understood how to push and it was luckily never an issue however I’m older and I had back surgery two years ago a lamenectomy and disectomy so that changes things maybe a bit. My first 3 were back to back in three years and this is an unexpected surprise I thought I was done but life had other plans. I’m more nervous than I ever have been about this birth though and thought a doula could maybe help…. I’m giving birth at park city hospital my due date it Jan 24 but my last three were all 3-7 days early. After care would also be a consideration since we are away from family and have 3 other school aged kids.

I would like to try for a home birth. I have had 2 previous c-sections followed by a successful natural VBA2C. I would like to do an unmedicated birth again. I have a very low budget as this baby was unplanned so I do not have a lot of savings set aside for this situation.

I am hoping to find a doula that will assist me in my birth/delivery. I am very financially strapped so while I’m looking for “probono” help I do have an open mind that I may not obtain free help. I have select health insurance which I’m not sure how much if it covers doulas at all. I will be delivery my third child at LDS hospital in SLC. I plan do go natural with natural tools and practices like hypnotherapy, breathing, visualizing, made and counter pressure to help me. If needed I will take nitrous oxide during the transition/ring of fire phase. I would love someone to be there for me and support and advocate for my needs and requests.

i wanted to give birth in a birthing center but I started seeing a Midwife/OB-GYN at mkay dee hospital ogden and I'm not in love with the experience so far. I want the m out natural birth possible without any medical intervention unless completely necessary but I know giving birth in hospitals they have procedures they automatically follow so I need someone to be my advocate and make sure they follow my birth plan. ideally I want a vaginal birth with laughing gas no epidural

I want to give birth in hospital with OB. I just need someone to help me during labor and post labor and the first few weeks 1-2 nights while I adjust . I also need help learning basic things. How to burp correctly, how to swaddle, how to bathe things like that. Requirements at least 4 years of experience and certified doula . Also possible help with cleaning and laundry

My first baby's due date is 9/20/2026. I would love to find a doula that can vouch for me in a hospital setting. We're planning on going to Jordan Valley Hospital. Ideally, I'd like to have a water birth with other ways to manage pain, nitrous gas, etc. Budget is around 2,000.

Give birth at hospital, looking for mental and emotional support

This is my third pregnancy and my postpartum experience the previous two times were circles of hell I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. After my first birth, I experienced severe postpartum depression. After my second, nature threw me a curveball and I had postpartum anxiety. Physically, I recovered well each time. I'm looking for a postpartum doula (or therapist, though that is less hands-on than I would prefer) who can assist my mental postpartum recovery while caring for my newborn and adjusting to being a mom of three. Part of that will include being present with my two sons (4 and 2 years old) in the early stages of my daughter's life. I also want to learn how to better manage the mental and emotional changes I'll inevitably experience, including how that overlaps with physical activity and nutrition. I don't know what all I will need and am interested in having conversations about what my options are. This includes discussing budget.

I will be giving birth to my 3rd child and this is my 4th pregnancy. I will be planning to give birth at my hospital birthing center if I still qualify under their requirements. I have never hired a doula, so this is all new to me. my last birthing center provided one as part of giving birth at the center, but after discharge i was never given any doula care PP. i am planning for a second natural birth, and would love to work with a doula to help support those needs (education, support, encouragement, etc.).

I just want extra support through pregnancy for mainly preparing for birth but I’m mostly highly interested in postpartum doula

I would like to give birth here at my apartment or at a local birth center. Not a hospital but somewhere where I can birth possibly in water & just naturally. I did my last baby natural in the hospital & I loved it so I don’t see a point going to the hostpial again. I would just like it to be as cheap as possible.

I plan to do a home birth, this is my first baby. Our budget for a doula is ideally around $1,000 The best fit is someone who is intuitive and has a natural gift for this work (water moon signs and past life experiences as a mother or doula are a bonus ;) hahah) I want to feel we are connected in a deeper way, plus we might want to work with you again for my future babies. If this job is viewed as just another momma/ client than we may not be the best fit. We prefer someone English speaking I would like you to support me postpartum with 2-8 visits where you can bring me nourishing pads, Epsom salt soaks, foot rubs, baby support, etc. I hope you can also support my partner during birth, guiding him through the process and what/say to me if it feels needed.

Hello, I’m looking for a postpartum/night doula. I’ve never used one before, but this is my third and most likely last baby and i don’t want to regret never using those services. I’m currently 37 weeks, high risk, and i have HG pregnancies, so I’m wanting to give myself some help postpartum as well as to my husband, to transition to a family of 5 without over-using my family support network. Located in Heber Valley. Because this is new to me, I’m unsure of all that it entails . I would love to know what services you offer, pricing, about you etc. to see if we make a good fit. Since I’m still pregnant, I’m unsure of a starting date. The care would most likely be to help do any light chores, and help me (and my husband) get the most sleep we can in the early days.
