My baby is eight weeks and I am exclusively breast-feeding trying to be in a bottle feedings so that when I go back to work, my baby can take bottles. I am having a hard time leaning him two bottles and also noticing a cooking noise with my baby sucks my nipple, or even on the bottle. I also noticed that he takes in a lot of air and has a lot of gas and would like to see if you could check with his latch.
am looking for a certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) who accepts Keystone First Medicaid or can bill through insurance. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and would like support both before and after delivery. I am especially interested in help with positioning, latch, and ensuring my baby is in the best feeding position, as well as general breastfeeding education. I prefer someone who can offer in-home visits in Chester County, or virtual support if needed. Experience with first-time moms is important to me. I would also appreciate guidance on pumping, flange sizing, and creating a feeding routine once the baby arrives. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is patient, experienced, and able to provide hands-on support in the early postpartum period.

I am looking for someone that can be a third party resource after the baby arrives. This is my first baby and my husband doesn’t get paternity leave. I love my family but don’t want to put too much burden on them for help, so looking to have another resource. First time breastfeeding, I’m nervous about latching and tongue ties. Lastly, would be nice for someone to check in on me. I fully expect when baby comes to sort of fade into the background and I want to make sure that I’m good so that I can show up for my family.

Cole was born at 34 weeks. Was in the nicu for 18 days. Has a decent latch (mostly with shield) and was able to transfer milk in nicu with weighted feeds. Currently latching 2-3 times a day and supplementing with bottle after feeds. Concerned with striking balance of exclusively nursing and nursing/supplementing feed and when he is able to make the transition.
Plan on giving birth at doylestown hospital. Plan on an epidural and natural birth. I plan on breastfeeding so looking for lactation support. I have tricare select.
first time parents, and my partner does not get any time off. We are looking for someone experienced with sleep training, lactation consultant, etc. Basically that can help us learn the ropes. No need for any second languages (we only speak english). Certificates are not required, so long as they have a few years of experience under their belt. Really we're looking for someone who's patient, and a good communicator. Ample experience is helpful, but not a critical requirement. Our budget has some flexibility, and we have flexibility on day or night support- my partner is a fireman, so his schedule varries (he typically works 24 hour shifts). We will be looking to hire someone part time a nanny, as our newborn grows, just to throw that out there. Nutritional guidance is helpful, but no need for cooking, cleaning or laundry- we have that covered.
