I had a baby in 2025 and the labor was a bit traumatic to me. I feel more scared this time and would like more guidance. I was in the hospital to give birth last time and plan to this time as well.

I need help with latching my newborn and finding out how much milk I am transfering by doing a weighted feed at my house. I also need help with ensuring I am using the correct flange size for my pumps. I have Highmark insurance.

I need someone in the room to help couch me and my fiance through the birthing of my second baby the first one did not go as how I planned or wanted I had a birthing plan in The midwives and doctors did not follow that birthing plan I did not want to get in epidural and they basically made me get an epidural it was a failed epidural so by pain went straight to my right side I passed out twice and threw up they basically told me I OD'd on the pills and I told him I wasn't feeling good with them they were not listening to me I wanted to get up and walk around before I got the epidural they would not let me do that I need somebody there to keep me calm and I would like somebody to take pictures of me and my fiance wow that special moment is happening I am not wanting to get an epidural with this second baby I am also looking for somebody that nose how to do like milk lactation explaining because the midwives and doctors didn't do very well they just handed me a pump and said there you go and it was so hard for me to get milk out for the first day and I asked him a couple questions of why and they couldn't answer them

Insurance covered IBCLC is needed to assist with ensuring I'm emptying my breasts of milk using my two pumps, what I can do to increase my supply, and help with my 3mo old being able to latch onto me without getting extremely upset.

Hello, my name is Tatyanna. I’m currently looking for a lactation consultant. Ima a breast-feeding/pumping mom mostly pumping. I am three months and a few days postpartum. My journey has been up and down since birth. I currently make maybe 6 ounces to 10 ounces the most a day I pump about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I’m looking for some help figuring out what’s going on. I’ve tried changing pump pieces flame size eating drinking good I did have some blood work done recently. Thyroid levels came back high and iron levels came back low. I’m currently taking some iron Gummies and I do have an appointment coming up to talk to my doctor about my thyroid levels but wanted to see if I can get any assistance. My baby does latch but after 2 to 5 minutes of being latched on he gets fussy and then I would have to put him on the other boob and then after 2 to 5 minutes, he will get fussy again then I would have to substitute with formula after because I’m not making enough. Even when I pump I make maybe an ounce to an ounce and a half combining. i’m still taking prenatal vitamins. I’m just not sure what’s going on and I don’t wanna give up. looking for a lactation consultant who has many years of experience speaks English. If they take Keystone First health insurance that would be great. I currently am not working so I would not be able to pay out-of-pocket.

Want to learn how to latch without a nipple shield. Child was born premature and I was told that due to having large breasts the child would not be able to latch without the shield.

No pitocin, no epidural, no consistent fetal heart monitoring, I want to be able to move during labor, be able to push from all different positions and not on my back, I only want the vitamin K because we are going to be circumcising him. Only people allowed in the room during labor would be my husband, the doula/midwife, my mother and my best friend, I don’t want any students present or doing any procedures on me. No episiotomy. I want the baby kept in the room with us the entire time unless medically necessary. - would like a doula or midwife experienced in unmedicated birth and postpartum care (at least 3 years of experience) with all proper certifications up to date within the state of PA. - insurance provider is Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, group # PN1803, ID # NLY821717705.
