Looking for a faith-based doula for L&D and postpartum breastfeeding support. My last experience was without one and I feel having an experienced advocate in the room will be helpful. I want someone to help me feel supported and help me voice my preferences / needs during. Having a vaginal birth with minimal intervention is important to me. I’d love to birth at home but husband prefers we do hospital so we’ll be doing York wellspan hospital. Budget is ~$1500, and birth plan is as above, and limiting iv fluids, limiting induction interventions and avoiding C-section when able, and birthing in positions other than on back and legs up. Golden hour. Set up for best success with breastfeeding. Etc.

We live in Hanover, plan to birth in Carlisle. Looking for a home birth experience in a hospital setting. Unmedicated if possible, with minimal intervention. History of infertility and loss. Strong personality and need someone who can work with that. Looking for prenatal, birth and postpartum support. Experience with breastfeeding, baby wearing and cloth diapers is a plus. Definitely want someone with experience in movement techniques to optimize baby's positioning. My insurance covers 1200 per year and we can go a bit above that. Bonus points if we can split billing or do a visit in the new year to use both years benefits. Insurance requires a tax ID number and an invoice.

I had a baby in 2025 and the labor was a bit traumatic to me. I feel more scared this time and would like more guidance. I was in the hospital to give birth last time and plan to this time as well.

This is my second baby. I'd like a hospital birth. My first birth was not traumatic but I remember feeling like I was limited in my ability to express my needs and felt pressured into certain interventions. I also had a very negative breastfeeding experience and was never able to establish that with my first and would like to try again. I am looking for someone to help advocate for me during the birth and support me in getting breastfeeding established.

We are a same-sex couple having our first baby. We're looking for a doula who is experienced working with neurodivergent mothers and also has some experience with working with mothers who suffer from trauma. We're looking for someone who can support pre-birth through education, resources and techniques and can also be in the room during the birth. We're hoping to breastfeed, but that might be a sensory nightmare, so we're looking for someone who can help us navigate that. We will be giving birth in a hospital, hopefully unmedicated and vaginally. Unsure about days/hours required or budget, but in person is better.

Hi. I am looking for help with breastfeeding and pumping for my newborn son. He nurses frequently and has plenty of wet diapers, but my pumping output varies. Sometimes I get a few ounces and other times only drops, which makes me worry about my supply. I would like help checking his latch and making sure he is getting enough milk. I also need help with flange sizing, pump settings, and a pumping routine that works with my school schedule. 3 week old with shallow latch and painful feeds. Prefer in home visit.

Two week old who seems to be eating plenty, but her feeds are fast (6-11 minutes). She usually only has one breast per feed and will fall asleep right after. I worry that she is not emptying the milk. I’ve been using a Hakka on the opposite breast and now I worry that it’s caused an over supply. So Sunday 9/20 I got the chills and felt engorged. But no fever. She has her second pediatrician appointment this Wednesday. Seeking a home visit this week and advice on avoiding mastitis while ensuring supply and healthy baby feeds. Additionally looking for a consultant that accepts Care First insurance.

I need someone in the room to help couch me and my fiance through the birthing of my second baby the first one did not go as how I planned or wanted I had a birthing plan in The midwives and doctors did not follow that birthing plan I did not want to get in epidural and they basically made me get an epidural it was a failed epidural so by pain went straight to my right side I passed out twice and threw up they basically told me I OD'd on the pills and I told him I wasn't feeling good with them they were not listening to me I wanted to get up and walk around before I got the epidural they would not let me do that I need somebody there to keep me calm and I would like somebody to take pictures of me and my fiance wow that special moment is happening I am not wanting to get an epidural with this second baby I am also looking for somebody that nose how to do like milk lactation explaining because the midwives and doctors didn't do very well they just handed me a pump and said there you go and it was so hard for me to get milk out for the first day and I asked him a couple questions of why and they couldn't answer them

8m old with CMPI still not gaining weight well despite mom being dairy free since diagnoisis with minimal slips. Baby is content, has plenty of wet and dirty diapers and super energetic. In person preferred.

very painful lumps and i feed her but lumps are still there

Having very painful feeds with my almost 4 week old. We were fine but this past week it has gotten more painful. She can struggle to stay latched at times and then other times she does fine. Would love to have an in person visit within the next week. Prefer in person visits rather than virtual to ensure progress is being made correctly.
