Hello Rachel, I hope this finds you well. My baby is due to come soon. (Nov 23rd) but I'm interested in possibly switching providers. Would you be willing to discuss my options with you? I am 35 weeks as tomorrow (October 19th) I do have Gestational Diabetes (I manage through diet) and I'm 42 years old. My current OB has just scheduled me for my induction and I'm not very happy with the process. This will be my 2nd delivery. My 1st pregnancy I also had GD and had to be induced. I'd love to discuss any possible options of having my baby more holistically (if possible) I appreciate your time. Thank you so much, Lindsay DeLong
Hello, I am seeking a birth doula who provides holistic, nurturing, and empowering support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. While I deeply desired a home birth, I understand that may not be possible for me, and I am looking for someone who can help me create a calm, natural, spiritual, and intentional birth experience in whatever setting I deliver. I value emotional presence, grounding energy, and continuous labor support. I would like guidance with comfort measures, breathing techniques, advocacy, and informed decision-making so that I feel confident and supported throughout the process. It is important to me that my birth space feels safe, peaceful, and empowering. Postpartum care is equally important to me. I am looking for check-ins, recovery support, and gentle guidance as I transition into motherhood. Lactation education and hands-on breastfeeding support are a priority, as I would like to feel confident and well-informed in nourishing my baby. Overall, I am seeking a doula who honors both the physical and emotional aspects of birth and who can help me feel centered, supported, and empowered during this transformative time.

I would like a doula that will be my advocate during the birthing process and help me with a natural unmedicated birth by positions, exercises, and breathing techniques. Also looking for a doula who is well trained in lactation to help support me and my baby with breastfeeding for the first time. I plan to give birth at SummaHealth hospital in Akron. I am still currently working on my birth plan so I could use help on that aspect as well, but I know I want to have an unmedicated natural birth. I am open to my budget but would like to keep it under $3,000. If possible I would like to use my insurance, if they accept doulas.
Very suddenly at 2 months my son will not nurse well anymore. It's hit or miss if he will or not.
