i plan to give birth in UPMC harrisburg. I want to use my insurance to cover the doula costs. I need help coming up with a birth plan with the help of the doula.
Birth plan- home birth, standing or water birth. Break to my lower back makes regular back birth not an option. Allergic reaction to most pain medications.
