Hospital birth in bucks county. Want natural birth

This is my 2nd baby. 1st baby's birth went poorly, had an emergency csection after 22 hours of labor, no spinal block and my epidural failed half way through surgery. I want an unmedicated vbac with little/no intervention. I want a hospital birth but if it happens at home/on the car I'm not upset.

can you just call me I have filled things like this out twice and then got into a whole argument with an AI who was trying to assign me to a doula I am frustrated and I just want to talk to a real person.

We are a same-sex couple having our first baby. We're looking for a doula who is experienced working with neurodivergent mothers and also has some experience with working with mothers who suffer from trauma. We're looking for someone who can support pre-birth through education, resources and techniques and can also be in the room during the birth. We're hoping to breastfeed, but that might be a sensory nightmare, so we're looking for someone who can help us navigate that. We will be giving birth in a hospital, hopefully unmedicated and vaginally. Unsure about days/hours required or budget, but in person is better.

Since this is my first baby, I’m looking for someone who is patient, supportive, and willing to take the time to educate me and answer my questions without making me feel overwhelmed. I’d love someone who can support both me and my partner throughout the process. I’m also interested in postpartum support and would like to learn more about your services, availability, and whether you accept insurance.

My partner and i have 0 experience with this. We are having our first baby, and would like to be more confident and educated during this process. I want to discuss my options, and see what birth plan would best suit me. We need support before, during, and after childbirth. We need an educated advocate to help assure our goals are met. I hope to do a natural, unmedicated birth with little no no interventions. My partner is interested in learning techniques to help comfort me during labor, as well as be more informed on what is going on when it is going on.

Second baby. I am hoping to experience VBAC. The first go round, I dilated to 10cm pushed for 4 hours and my baby went into distress causing an emergency c section. I really feel as though I did not know how to properly push and that is why it led to a c section. I’m not opposed, however the recovery sucks! I plan on giving birth at West Penn AHN. We are expecting our first baby, and I will be 37 at the time of delivery. We are planning to deliver in a hospital, either at Abington Hospital (Jefferson Health) or St. Luke’s in Spinnerstown/Quakertown. Since this is our first baby, we really don’t know exactly what to expect, and I’m looking for a doula who can provide both emotional and physical support throughout labor and delivery, as well as help advocate for me and my wants and needs. My partner is amazing and incredibly supportive, but I also know that when emotions are high, it may be difficult for either of us to clearly communicate our wishes, ask the right questions, or advocate for ourselves without becoming overly emotional or confrontational. I would love to have someone experienced in the room who can help us navigate those moments, explain our options, remind us of our preferences, and help us feel confident in our decisions without taking over or speaking for us. I would also really value hands-on labor support. I would like to attempt labor without an epidural initially, mostly because I don’t know what to expect from the pain and want to see how I handle it. I have a pretty high pain tolerance (or at least I like to think I do!), and I’d love a doula who can encourage me, help me work through contractions, and use techniques such as massage, positioning, counter-pressure, breathing, or anything else that may help with discomfort. At the same time, I want someone who will support me if I reach the point where I decide I want an epidural. I’m looking for encouragement to keep going when I need it, but also someone who will remind me that there is absolutely no failure in changing my plan if that’s what I need. Basically, I want someone who can help me push through when I’m capable of doing so, but also recognize when I’ve had enough and support whatever decision I make. Before hiring someone, we would love to meet either virtually or in person so we can make sure we feel comfortable with each other and that our personalities are a good fit. Once labor begins, we would want our doula to meet us at the hospital and stay with us through the birth and immediate delivery period. Once our baby is here, your job is done! 😊 We are really looking for someone who can help us feel supported, informed, calm, and confident through the labor and delivery experience while still allowing us to experience it as a family and make our own decisions.

This is our first baby and I would like to try to give birth naturally in the hospital (St. Luke's Anderson in Easton) and delay getting an epidural (if at all- a needle in my back freaks me out) so i can move around more until the baby is in the proper position for delivery. I am looking for a doula with the experience to coach me on how to breathe and move my body to minimize pain and keep me (and my husband) calm and focused throughout the process. The initial plan for pain management will be guided movement and nitrous. I would expect to need a doula for at least 1 day with some communication ahead of time to help me prep mentally and physically. Our budget is ~$500-850 but depending on the services, may be willing to pay more.
