Need a doula to support an epidural free birth. Have had two deliveries in the past, both with epidural, but want to do it differently this time, so need some support in the process. Planning to deliver in a hospital. Would like to avoid induction/pitocin, but not sure if that's an option yet given I have GDM this pregnancy as well.

- looking to do a hospital birth at either St Clair Hospital or West Penn Hospital. - not sure about a budget this is my first pregnancy. - I want an unmedicated birth unless medically necessary for my health or the babies. No pitocin, no epidural, no consistent fetal heart monitoring, I want to be able to move during labor, be able to push from all different positions and not on my back, I only want the vitamin K because we are going to be circumcising him. Only people allowed in the room during labor would be my husband, the doula/midwife, my mother and my best friend, I don’t want any students present or doing any procedures on me. No episiotomy. I want the baby kept in the room with us the entire time unless medically necessary. - would like a doula or midwife experienced in unmedicated birth and postpartum care (at least 3 years of experience) with all proper certifications up to date within the state of PA. - insurance provider is Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, group # PN1803, ID # NLY821717705. My husband Kurtis Alden is the primary account holder.

I will be delivering at heritage valley beaver hospital but this wasn’t my first choice and does make me nervous since I don’t have a lot of information on them. This will be my third birth and I had a horrible experience with my first in Dubois, Pa however that was followed by the most amazing experience birthing my son in bloomsburg, pa! I’m under the impression I do not have a midwife here which is a first for me. I want to do this birth as naturally as I can using more holistic methods and care for both me and baby (with exceptions as needed obviously as I do fall more “scrunchy”). I worry about going in and not having my voice heard. My insurance pays up to $1000 for a doula and I understand that might not cover it all which is okay within some type of reason or with the help of a payment plan. Keeping it close to that is preferred though.

Hello! I am looking for a birth doula. I plan to deliver at a hospital in Morgantown, WV. I am planning a VBAC and would like the least amount of interventions as possible. Someone who offers a free consult, as we would like to interview multiple doulas to find a great match for us. I would love someone who is experienced in positioning, natural pain relief and VBACs. Thanks!

Looking for someone who could possibly meet me in my home while laboring and then at the birthing center as well. Or who can really help me through those long parts of labor at home. I plan to give birth at a birthing center however it’s possible if something were to come up I’d have to risk out and switch to a hospital. This is my third pregnancy, only one living, I plan to go vaginal again and go without an induction for as long as possible. My first pregnancy I was 41 weeks and I did have GD so expecting possibly a similar experience. No epidural.

I am giving birth at the beaver medical center, not sure about the budget as this is new to me, and trying to understand the process. The plan is to try to birth vaginally. I’m really nervous about the labor and delivery part of this process, and also vaccinations that I’m not comfortable with getting at the hospital. I need a support system to help me make sure I’m making the best decision for not only my baby, but for my Mental state.
