Need help in latching and breastfeeding. Help to move to breastfeeding from bottle.

This is my third baby and I breastfed months two but her latch isn’t deep enough and I’m really struggling to breastfeed her. I’m at the point here I am exclusively pumping and I don’t know how to help her with her latch. I’ve done every position and have used nipple shields. The nipple shields help a little but she stl finishes feeding via bottle. I would like to breastfeed more than bottle feed and I think her latch needs to be deeer. My nipples are very irritated because of this. She’s 6 weeks old.

I think I have An over supply especially on the right side so baby is gulping while nursing and then is gassy as a result

I’m due in just a few short weeks and would love to find a doula who is able to help me accomplish my birth preferences: - reduce likelihood of c-section, and other intervention, continuous professional support, hoping for maximal pain relief support since I don't want an epidural - help with the first feed - to have someone in my corner to translate medical jargon, relieving sense of unknown. - unless medically indicated, I plan to spend early labor at home to stay relaxed and hydrated in a familiar setting - I prefer to avoid Pitocin or artificial rupture of membranes unless there is a clear medical necessity - I wish to use upright or gravity-neutral positions for pushing to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of tearing - Immediately after birth, I request immediate skin-to-skin contact and delayed cord clamping (until it stops pulsing) - I plan to exclusively breastfeed and wish for all initial assessments to be done while the baby is on my chest if possible.

I would prefer to give birth at home or in a birth center and have it be as natural as possible. I am open to going to a hospital but I want to make sure that I stick to my birth plan and don’t get sidetracked or disrespected because I’ve heard a lot of stories where they induce, medicate and take the babies away etc and I don’t want any part of that. I also want to keep my placenta and umbilical cord making sure it doesn’t get cut right away. I don’t want to be medicated and I want a natural vaginal birth.. I’m a little nervous because I have dealt with medical issues in the past but I don’t think I’m a high risk pregnancy I mean I’m about to be 13 weeks now and I feel pretty good and my obgyn hasn’t flagged anything or expressed any worries to me so I think I should be good. I’m not sure about my budget I don’t know at this point but I’m honestly more open to the connection I have with someone because this is my first baby and I’m very excited but also overwhelmed at a lot of this. I just want to make sure I don’t negatively impact the life of a human being. I am a certified doula and nanny but it’s completely different being on this side of it I feel absolutely lost and like I know nothing. And everything online just bombards me with information and then I go down rabbit holes and freak myself out.
