2nd pregnancy, looking for more support during the birth and potential help with breast feeding. My biggest support during birth will not be able to be there this time. I exclusive pumped with my 1st and would like to actually put more of an effort into trying to directly breastfeed this time. only thing in my birth plan is to try to go unmedicated again. i really enjoyed laboring in the tub with my 1st but would like to really try for switching up position when pushing.

Budget is under 2k. Christian doula is important to me. I’m open to home birth but I’m also considering giving birth at novant kernersville nc. This is my second baby. I have birth trauma from my first. I’d like a doula my age or older (30 years) and someone who has given birth themselves before. I want to go no epidural but maybe laughing gas. Epidural stopped working on me last time so I don’t want another.

First time momma planning to breastfeed exclusively and need to be connected with a lactation specialist in case I have struggled. 1. Home birth 2. I have no idea. I’m already spending so much out of pocket because I’m giving birth at home. If any insurance coverage can be taken I need that. I have BCBS-IL (blue cross blue shield of Illinois) 3. As intervention free as possible. Basically have asked my midwife to be a birth keeper unless I need her. Plan to have min 2 hrs skin to skin and allow baby to do the breast crawl and self latch.

Twin birth on 10/1- induction at 37 weeks due to IUGR. I have 2 other kids that were breastfed. I am having trouble with them latching because of them being born so small and have been punping for them so far.

Hospital 1000-1200 Plan: -Delayed cord clamping I don’t want my umbilical cord clamped or cut until it’s turns white or pulsing. -Absolutely NO pulling or tugging of my placenta! Unless emergency I want it to come out naturally on its own. -No cutting (episotomy) I want to tear naturally no cutting down there. I do not give consent. -No laying down while giving birth I want to give birth either, in the water, squatting, with the handle bars. -Lights off and worship music playing -I want to do the Golden Hour No taking her immediately after birth, I want that connection with her immediately after birth -No Baths!! Having trouble getting newborn to latch correctly. Need guidance on how to get him to latch.

I had my son on October 27. I have been pumping and latching due to, I believe to be, a shallow latch and oversupply. Have been getting constant clogs, which I do know can possibly lead to mastitis. My right breast formerly has a clog and is starting to get red on and around said area. My nipples are cracked, dry, and hurting but nothing I do seems to be helping
