Hello I would like help with pumping, supply, and weaning off the breast. Currently I breast feed my baby and only pump when I am away from him. I am only away from him maybe 2 times out the week for appointments or to run errands. When I do have to pump the breast pump aren’t clearing all the milk out I have to do 2 or more sessions.

I plan to give birth at a hospital. I don't know the costs of doula. I was hoping to get something that is covered completely by insurance. My budget is under $1000 as long as a payment plan is offered. My plan for birth is to go unmedicated. I'm eager to learn about pain management that doesn't include an epidural.
