I became a postpartum doula because I believe every family deserves to feel cared for, understood, and supported as they adjust to life with a newborn. My journey into this field began when I moved to California during my two years as an au pair, caring for young children and living closely with families. That experience sparked a deep passion in me for helping others navigate the tender, transformative moments of new beginnings. I saw firsthand how much of a difference compassionate, hands-on support can make —and I knew I wanted to offer that to growing families in a deeper way.

Brenda helped us for one month after delivery during the nights. As first time parents Brenda supported us very well. She taught us how to set up the nursery, bottle types, swaddles, baby safety, etc. She is a very knowledgeable doula! She took care of our baby boy very well. During the nights she was very attentive to our baby including routine feedings, diaper changes, cleaning bottles, laundry, and bringing my pump parents to me during the middle of the night. Brenda was always on time and provided a lot of insight on how to take care of our little one. I would highly recommend Brenda as a doula you can trust.
