I specialize in helping families adjust to life with a newborn by offering overnight care, feeding assistance, and establishing healthy sleep habits. I also provide emotional support and practical guidance to help new parents feel more comfortable and confident as they settle into their routine.

Newborn Support & Routine Guidance

I provide both overnight and daytime newborn care to support families through those first few months. This includes feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, and keeping detailed notes on your baby’s routine. I also clean and sanitize bottles, maintain a tidy nursery and feeding area, and ensure everything is organized for the next day. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment that helps parents rest and feel confident as they adjust to life with their baby.
