Planning for a physiological birth with the use of tens , counter pressure, essential oils, etc. My insurance is blue shield and I have an HMO.

I am looking for a birth doula to help prepare me for first-time labor and to accompany me and my wife in the Kaiser hospital delivery room. I think I want to do a walking epidural so that I can move around in the hospital bed and not have to deliver while laying on my back.
