Hospital birth. No clue on what to expect for a budget. I’m looking for strategies to be prepared to do it naturally, since it spontaneously happened last time. But also want to consider epidural.

I am in a transition of having to pump instead of breastfeed. I’m having so much pain and engorgement despite pumping for nearly 10hours a day for extended overnights with his father. I need to speak to a lactation consultant who can give me advice on how to transition, or a letter of recommendation to extend overnight visits until we are no longer breastfeeding.
