Labor Support only Package

The "Laboring at Home as Long as Possible" Package A separate, specialized option for moms who want my expert hands-on help to manage active labor comfortably in their own space, but prefer their actual hospital or birth center delivery room to remain strictly private. • Sacramento Area Flat Rate: $1,600 (Priced lower since services conclude at your doorstep) • South Bay / San Jose Flat Rate: $1,800 • Payment Policy: A $1,000 non-refundable retainer is due upfront at contract signing to secure your birth date on my calendar. The remaining balance ($600 for Sacramento/$800 for San Jose) is due by 36 weeks of pregnancy. The upfront retainer is fully credited as part of your labor hours. • What is Included: • 1 In-person trust-building consultation (Sacramento local or scheduled on the third Wednesday of the month in San Jose). • Monthly Spiritual & Prenatal Check-ins: A dedicated once-a-month touchpoint for connection, prayer, and easing your fears and worries (with scripture if desired) during your pregnancy journey. 10-15 minute check ins can be done through method of your choosing, text, phone call or FaceTime. • 2 Virtual prenatal planning sessions on FaceTime scheduled in the weeks that work best for you or scheduled based on hospital timeline •Continuous Virtual Support During Early Labor: The moment early labor begins, I am on standby for you and your partner via text, phone, or FaceTime. I will track contraction patterns, recommend restful positions, provide soothing text and/or prayers, and coach you virtually until active labor establishes. •Continuous hands-on labor support exclusively at your home (counterpressure, breathing, positioning changes to support mother’s comfort and baby descending down during the active labor process). • Hospital or Birth Center transition coaching to identify the optimal physiological window to head out. (My physical support concludes the moment you depart for the hospital or birthing center). • Spiritual support (prayer and scripture guidance) in your home, if desired. Limitations of Care & Transition Disclaimer: The Doula provides non-medical physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort support only. The Doula does not perform clinical or medical tasks, track fetal heart tones, perform cervical exams, or diagnose labor progression. The final decision, timing, and logistical responsibility for departing the home and traveling to the hospital or birthing center belongs 100% exclusively to the Client and their medical provider. The Doula is not liable for medical outcomes, precipitous (fast) births at home, or the specific timing of the Client’s arrival at the medical facility. All medical concerns and transition choices must be directed to the Client's licensed midwife or OB-GYN. INCLUDED BIRTH & BEREAVEMENT POLICY (MISCARRIAGE & STILLBIRTH) Every birth story matters and deserves to be honored. If an unexpected loss occurs at any stage of pregnancy, my care shifts immediately: • If the Loss Happens Before 36 Weeks: Your remaining balance is completely waived and cancelled. You owe nothing else. The initial retainer is kept to honor the administrative onboarding and monthly check-ins held up to that point. • If the Loss Happens After 36 Weeks: Because the final balance has been paid and the 24/7 on-call window is active, the package fee is non-refundable. My care pivots entirely to hands-on hospital or home labor comfort measures and spiritual support. • The Dedicated Recovery Day (Included for ALL Losses at Any Stage): No matter when a loss happens—from an early miscarriage to a late stillbirth—your money is never lost. Once you return home, I provide one fully dedicated, in-home postpartum care shift. I am there to serve your family for 2-4 hours in whatever you need. Whether you are locally in Sacramento or down in San Jose, I block out my entire day to show up at your home to cook a nourishing meal, tidy up, help your older kids adjust, pray, and sit with you for as long as you need me. Every dollar you spent is fully honored and poured directly into your recovery.

What to expect

I am a faith-based doula providing complete birth and postpartum (Sac only)support services. I serve families in the greater Sacramento Area and South Bay Area for births using a hybrid model of care. The initial consultation is virtual and free of charge. If you decide to move forward with my services, we will meet in person to establish trust and begin contractually signed care. The retainer fee is due at the time of this appointment. For South Bay clients this will be a designated day during the week (Third Wednesday of every month) and for the greater Sacramento area will be on an agreed date/time. As a mom of four who has given birth in a hospital, a birth center, and two at home, I am here to "mother the mother" without an ounce of judgment. No matter your choices, I’m on board and supportive with an unbiased approach as I have had vaginal births for my children in every which way. My labor and delivery packages include support in case of a loss, with an included postpartum support day at any gestation if a tragedy occurred unexpectedly. Thank you for considering my expertise, I look forward to meeting you soon -Bri <3

Great experience having Brianna as a doula throughout my extensive labor. She was there day and night as my labor progressed slowly and made me feel completely comfortable. I felt so supported through hours of pushing, a failed vacuum extraction, and ultimately my emergency c-section when I contracted Intra-amniotic Infection (Chorioamnionitis). I am currently planning my trial of labor after cesarean (TOLAC/VBAC) with her for my second baby!

Brianna was very knowledgeable when it came to which vitamins or other things to take during my pregnancy. When it came to active labor, she helped me so much with relieving some pain through counter pressure and being in different positions. She also fed me and gave me water throughout the pushing phase and respected the boundaries I had which made me feel very comfortable!
