Seeking a doula that can help me have the best experience during the preparation (including workouts and stretching), birth, and postpartum. I will need assistance on making a birthing plan. I've considered home birth, birthing center, and hospital. My overall goal is to be comfortable (if I need to squat to have the baby, so be it and not forced to stay on my back) and supported.
