Looking for homebirth, deliver in Canton ny, low intervention
I plan to give birth at home and am hoping to find someone who takes tricare insurance. I want a completely natural birth and want to be able to move around and eat/drink what I feel my body needs to successfully labor.
I plan to give birth at home, but a birthing center would be second best. My budget will be flexible if insurance is accepted. I’m not sure what is meant by my “birth plan” but my plan is to give birth at home, possibly on all fours or in water. I still need to research deeper on what’s best for me! The requirements for my provider is that they are deeply empathetic, compassionate, caring, intuitive to my needs, with great communication skills. Someone with listening skills and takes me seriously. Someone who truly cares for humanity and doesn’t just see me as a paycheck. That matters more than years of experience, etc. I’m a person and expect to be treated like a person. I will be giving birth to my first child at 35 years old in December 2026. Thank you!
