About me

Hi, I’m Brooke! As a Certified Postpartum Doula, my mission is to make your transition into life with a new baby as seamless, restful, and as supported as possible. The postpartum period—the "fourth trimester"—is a sacred time of healing and adjustment, but it can also feel overwhelming without a strong village behind you. That’s where I step in. I specialize in providing practical, non-judgmental, and holistic support designed around your family's unique needs. Whether you need an extra set of hands during daytime shifts or restful support, my goal is to ensure you feel confident, cared for, and heard. How I Support Your Family: Birthing Parent Recovery: Emotional check-ins, evidence-based recovery care, and hands-on support so you can rest. Feeding & Care Guidance: Support with breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding, plus practical newborn soothing techniques. Household Harmony: Light meal prep, nursery management, and keeping the daily flow running smoothly. Custom Resources: Connecting your family with vetted local specialists (lactation, mental health, pelvic floor therapy, and more). My Approach I believe every family deserves tailored support that honors their parenting style and personal goals. No two homes are the same, and I pride myself on stepping into your space with warmth, respect, and zero judgment. When I’m not supporting new parents, you can usually find me spending time with my family, tending to our home garden, and continuous learning in perinatal wellness. I’d love to connect and discuss how I can support your family during this special chapter. Reach out to schedule a free initial consultation!
