I plan to give birth at a hospital. I hope to be able to have the service covered by my insurance and free to me. I would love to have as holistic a birth plan as possible with hypnobirthing education and support.

I will be giving birth at the Lethbridge hospital. I was unable to get a midwife so I am looking at potentially getting a doula to support me in having an unmedicated birth. My fiance is extremely supportive and will want to do anything he can to help but he lacks the vast knowledge of different coping mechanisms that a doula would have.
