Pregnant with 5th baby. I am hoping to have a VBAC after a previous csection. Planning on delivering in a hospital, preferably with an unmedicated labor and delivery.

I would prefer a home birth, but understand that some complications may change that, if any show up in the pregnancy. We're hoping to stay under $5000. I want to try for a natural birth, using essential oils to help with pain and bleeding. I think a water birth could be nice. I just don't want tp lay on my back, as that has never been comfortable for me, even before pregnancy. I dont want to interfere with things to make them go faster. I would like my body to be properly dilated at its own pace, and birth the placenta when it is ready to come out, rather than tugging the umbilical cord. I do not want to pull the baby's head for a one push delivery. I think a two push delivery is safe, if the baby doesn't completely exit first push.

We are planning on a hospital birth at the University of Utah. If covered by insurance, we will rely on the Regence BCBS budget. We plan for an unmedicated birth but are open to nitrous for pain management and in worst case scenarios will listen to medical advice on induction/pain mgmt/c-section. I'm transgender and prefer LGBTQ+ friendly providers with experience with trans parents. We are covered by regence blue cross blue shield through the university of utah.

Intermountain health Layton Utah is where I will deliver my baby. I would like a natural birth.. 2,000 is top top of the budget. I am interested in hypnosis, coaching. English as language spoken, someone that will include my husband as he is very excited to participate. Experience in lactation, placenta encapsulation, and massage is a plush. Reiki is also something interesting to me. If they can help with postpartum meals, or cleaning that is a plus but not required. We live in Ogden utah. And no special circumstances besides it is my first baby!!!

This is our first baby, with the exception of a previous miscarriage. I don’t know exactly what my birth plan is or what should go into a birth plan. I just know I want it to be slow and calm as much as possible. I’m looking for someone who will take the time to help educate me more about pregnancy and birth and help find confidence in the process. I’d like someone who can act as more of a mother figure guiding me. I want to focus on health and nutrition throughout my pregnancy. I need someone who will let my husband be 100% involved and is more about enabling us with knowledge and confidence to make our own decisions. So, someone who is calm and has a lot of patience.

Plan to give birth at Alta view hospital with minimal interventions and monitoring as needed. Tub laboring and nitrous oxide for pain management. Its my 2nd baby. I had a 2nd degree episiotomy done with my 1st and want to prevent tearing or a second episiotomy. I did fully unmedicated with my first but wished I had access to nitrous oxide to help relax a little from contractions but I did not and do not want an epidural. I want someone who is helpful and suggests movement and positions to help and someone who can explain medical decisions better if they come up and are needed. I want someone more proactive but not pushy. Someone who can help tell my husband what he can do to help in counter pressure and other methods. I have utah select health medicaid and am looking for a doula covered by medicaid.

Plan to give birth at American Fork hospital. I'm 33 and this is my first pregnancy. My spine is fused from T4-L3, so I have concerns about an epidural, otherwise I would opt for that immediately. Neither my husband nor I really know what we're doing and I would like someone with experience helping guide me through the process and giving me pain relief techniques the whole time, instead of in and out like nurses. The hospital has bath tubs available, so I think I'll probably use that to labor, but we can't use them to deliver. I'm not opposed to having a medicated delivery, I'm just scared it won't work because of my hardware, so I would like backup plans. I have no idea what to expect for a budget.
