I am planning to give birth at Alma Hospital and am currently looking for a supportive, knowledgeable doula to assist me through labor and delivery. I am planning to decide on feeding breastfeeding and bottle feeding and would appreciate a doula who can provide guidance or resources if needed. My budget is based on what my insurance will cover. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and I would like assistance understanding what services may be eligible for coverage or reimbursement. Overall, I am looking for someone who will help me feel confident, supported, and informed during one of the most important experiences of my life.

Hospital I am covered by medicaid I want to wait until contractions are closer together to head to the hospital. Id like to use all the tips and tricks to allow the baby to come and follow pelvic opening exercises and positions. Possibly on hands and knees for birth to allow easier birth and open canal.
