We are a warm, thoughtful family expecting a baby boy and are seeking an experienced, compassionate night nanny (or newborn care specialist) to support us during the early postpartum period. What we’re looking for: * 5+ years of professional newborn care experience * Nursing background or certification strongly preferred * Calm, nurturing, and highly attuned to infant cues * Comfortable supporting a breastfeeding-centered approach (direct nursing and/or expressed milk) * Experience with gentle sleep shaping (not strict early sleep training) * Reliable, discreet, and respectful of a peaceful home environment * English required; French-speaking is a lovely bonus Responsibilities: * Overnight care for our newborn (primarily feeding, soothing, and monitoring) * Supporting healthy sleep rhythms for baby and restorative sleep for mom * Assisting with feeding (bringing baby to mom for nursing or bottle-feeding expressed milk) * Light baby-related tasks during the shift (e.g., bottle prep, tidying feeding area) Schedule: * Primarily overnight support (exact schedule to be discussed; open to 1–2 feedings/night or longer coverage depending on fit) Additional Notes: * We value a collaborative, respectful relationship and someone who can gently guide us with their expertise while honoring our parenting preferences * This is our second child, and we are prioritizing a more supported, well-rested postpartum experience Compensation: * Open and flexible; happy to discuss based on experience and scope of care
Soon after our delivery date we will likely want 3 week nights / week of overnight help. We just started looking at this, so we aren’t sure what certifications, rates, etc. we want, but we are expecting to book ~30 nights of time, at hopefully a deal since we would be booking so many hours. I think we mostly just want baby care, but maybe some sleep training, and might want to add occasional cooking / cleaning dishes later (curious how the rates differ with the additional services)
Looking for a night nurse to help us transition as new parents. Likely 2-4 nights a week with flexibility to adjust as we go.
Night doula, certified provider. sleep training preferred.
I want someone who can stay 8 hours through the night taking care of the baby and training it to sleep on its own. Additionally emotional support would be great as this is our second child and for our first we got no sleep.
Middle aged child loving lady, help with watching twin new babies during the day. Light chores with toddlers, laundry, occasional bath time etc.)
I am looking for a reliable and experienced overnight newborn care provider to help care for my young infant during the nighttime hours. I am looking for someone who has several years of experience caring for newborns and young infants. A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), postpartum/newborn nurse (RN or LPN), or provider with similar newborn experience is preferred. Infant CPR and First Aid certification, a background check, and strong references are required. The primary responsibility will be providing overnight care so that I can get uninterrupted sleep. Duties will include preparing and giving bottles according to our feeding schedule, burping, diaper changes, soothing, and safely putting the baby back to sleep. I would also like the provider to keep a simple overnight log of feeding amounts, feeding times, diaper changes, and sleep. The provider should be knowledgeable about safe infant sleep practices, proper formula and breast-milk preparation and storage, and age-appropriate newborn care. Experience caring for infants who were born small or had previous NICU care would be a plus. Light baby-related duties such as washing and sanitizing bottles and keeping the feeding area organized would be appreciated. No general housecleaning, cooking, or household laundry is required. I am primarily looking for overnight coverage, approximately 8–10 hours per night, and I am open to discussing the number of nights per week based on availability. My budget is flexible depending on the provider’s experience, qualifications, and whether they are a licensed nurse or Newborn Care Specialist.
I need an experienced nanny to come in and take care of my child from about 10 pm until 7 am. She wakes up every hour or so during the night and takes two feeds.
