I’m looking for a postnatal doula to support me after giving birth at OHSU in Portland. I’m currently covered by OHP and would love to find someone who accepts it or offers flexible options. Ideally, I’d love a doula who provides belly binding, gentle postpartum massage, and holistic recovery support. My estimated budget is around $800–$1,200. I’d especially appreciate someone who is compassionate, trauma-informed, and experienced with postpartum mental health support, to help create a calm, grounding environment for me and my baby.
