About me

My name is Carter and I’ve been a birth and postpartum doula since May 2026. My journey started when I had my son, and had a doula with him. He was in the NICU 76 days. During which time I had a lot of time to reflect on my birth, and how much I appreciated having a doula with me. I wanted to help families this way, and shift a change from working in mental health services. My doula style is one that puts emphasis on knowledge, empowerment, and advocacy. My service is rooted in the belief that every family deserves to feel informed, empowered, and supported navigating the incredible world of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. I am here to give compassionate support for your family throughout this transformative time. I am honored to be a part of your journey and look forward to supporting you and your family with the care and respect you deserve.

Service introduction

I offer birth and postpartum doula services. My doula services have a focus on knowledge, empowerment, and advocacy. My birth doula services focus of perinatal education, birth planning, continuous labor support, and postpartum care directly after birth. My postpartum doula services emotional support, evidence-based knowledge and newborn care knowledge. I am here for the birthing parent first, then the baby, then family.
