I plan on giving birth at a hospital. My husband will be on deployment and this is my first pregnancy. I do not have family near me to help support me mentally and emotionally and necessarily give me the information i need for child birth.

i plan on having an in-home postpartum doula for 6 weeks. just from around 11pm-5am.

I would like to do a home birth using Tricare insurance coverage upfront only. There is a possibility of postpartum/ night nurse assistance at a later time. Not entirely sure of a "plan" beyond that. Unfortunately, I'm not starting my journey where I'm ending, but attempting to get the ball rolling and start gathering some options to set up interviews when we have hard dates. Help at night time. I have severe narcolepsy and when I fall asleep nothing truly wakes me up so I need extra assistance at night with feeding, diapering and simply watching my baby.
