Hello! I am a Certified Professional Midwife and Advanced Labor Doula with over 13 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My work is rooted in collaborative care, education, advocacy, and deeply personalized support. Through Birth Hope, I combine evidence-based information with compassionate guidance to help birthing people feel informed, empowered, and truly seen throughout the childbearing year. Known for a warm, grounded approach, I believe birth satisfaction comes from feeling safe, respected, educated, and actively involved in decision-making. Whether supporting families through home birth, postpartum recovery, workshops, or educational offerings, my goal is to create care that is both nurturing and empowering — where families can build confidence, connection, and trust in themselves.

As a Certified Professional Midwife, I provide comprehensive care throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Midwifery care includes prenatal visits focused on both clinical assessment and education, individualized labor and birth support, and ongoing postpartum care for both birthing people and babies through the first 12 weeks after birth. My approach is collaborative, relationship-based, and centered on helping families feel informed, supported, and actively involved in their care every step of the way. As a labor doula, I offer continuous educational, informational, emotional, and physical support beginning from the moment I am hired through the first six weeks postpartum. Doula care is designed to help families feel prepared, grounded, and supported as they navigate pregnancy, labor, birth, and the transition into early parenthood. I also offer placenta encapsulation services, providing thoughtful preparation and support for families interested in incorporating placenta remedies into their postpartum recovery.
