Feeding evaluation with sleep plan

Unsure if you're ready for sleep encouragement or concerned about your baby's nighttime feeding? The dynamics of feeding and sleep are intertwined, and even just 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep can greatly benefit new parents. Recognizing that every family is unique, we'll collaboratively create a plan to gently promote better sleep for the entire family. This package includes: Initial intake appointment to assess your baby's feeding patterns and readiness for sleep coaching. Development of a personalized sleep plan. Support for implementing the sleep plan through text and email during 8 am to 8 pm for one week. Follow-up feeding assessment to ensure your baby's well-being.

Got parenting questions? I have been working with families for 13 years with feeding issues. In addition I have extra training in counseling skills and sleep coaching. Happy to chat about whatever is helpful.
