Essential Postpartum Care

I will accompany you through the first weeks with deep care across 2/3 visits per week: ○In-home support (including overnight if desired) ○Lactation and feeding education ○Recovery and movement instrustion ○Meal prep / nourishing food ○Birth integration & somatic support ○Referrals to specialists
