Planning to give birth in a hospital under a midwife looking for a birthing doula

Having our first baby at Banner Desert. I am the oldest of 5 with an RN mother who was a doula and had home births I attended. My husband has little to no experience with birth/babies etc and is pretty nervous. I have a very thorough understanding of expecting the unexpected and would like someone who can support me and be very hands on during delivery. My biggest concern is my husband not understanding what is going on and not being able to advocate for everything I want/need. I am planning on having a hospital birth with an epidural and would like to wait as long as possible before going to the hospital. I am pro-science but believe birthing mothers know what is best for their bodies and would like minimal monitoring and interventions. I am very in tune with my body and would like someone who can amplify my voice. My baby will be receiving all vaccines, a circumcision, and vit K, but I prefer no eye antibiotic. I am pro delayed cord clamping if my baby comes earlier than expected, but if baby is full term I have no preference.

My baby's mom is having my son on October 1, and I need an African-American Doula to help her through the process in regards to making sure that she doesn't take shots or pills that could harm the baby, As well as preventing any practices that might not be applicable or harmful to an African-American baby..
