About me
At Comfort to Cradle, I believe postpartum care is about so much more than helping with the baby. It’s about caring for the person who just gave birth, too. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, heard, respected, and never judged. As a mother myself, I understand that every pregnancy, birth, family, and postpartum experience is different. There is no one size fits all way to become a parent, and I’m not here to tell you how you should do things. I’m here to meet you where you are, listen to what you need, and help make those early days feel a little less overwhelming. Comfort to Cradle was created because I truly believe mothers deserve to be cared for while they are caring for everyone else. Whether you need someone to hold the baby while you finally take a shower, help with meals and light household tasks, support with feeding, give you time to rest, or simply sit with you and remind you that you’re doing a good job, I’m here for it. I want my clients to feel like they have more than a doula they have someone in their corner. My philosophy is simple: you deserve to be nurtured, too. I want every family I work with to leave their time together feeling more confident, supported, and comfortable in their new rhythm not because I did everything for them, but because I helped create the space for them to find their own way.

Service introduction
I provide hands on, non medical support tailored to your family, including newborn care and education, feeding and breastfeeding support, soothing techniques, help establishing routines, and opportunities for you to get some much needed rest. I can also help with light household tasks, laundry, dishes, meal preparation, and preparing simple nourishing meals so you can focus less on what needs to be done around the house and more on healing and bonding with your baby. My support doesn’t stop at the baby. I’m there for you, too. Whether you need help getting comfortable, a listening ear after a long night, someone to hold the baby while you shower or nap, support adjusting to life with a newborn, or help your older children feel included in this new chapter, I’m here to make the transition feel more manageable. I offer daytime, evening, and overnight postpartum support, with each family’s care shaped around their individual needs, preferences, and comfort.
