Hi! I’m Chels. I am a birth and postpartum doula and a photographer. This means I support your family from pregnancy through that postpartum transition into parenting a new baby. And should you choose, I will document the parts of your journey you hold most dear. As a postpartum doula, I provide overnight care where I see to baby’s every need allowing you to gain much needed rest to take on the next day. If daytime support is more what you’re needing, I can help there too. My services often include light housekeeping, meal prepping, and errands (grocery pickup, driving older siblings places, etc). I have been in this role for 5+ years which has given me abundant experience and high recommendations from many families. Let me know how I can best support you. 🤍

Night Nanny packages and pricing

Overnight support

A night with me in-home means parents get a full night’s rest (we can absolutely accommodate breastfeeding if exclusively nursing) while I tend to baby’s every need. My overnight support typically involves light cleaning (bottle/pump parts sterilization and tidying baby’s space and the spaces I’ve occupied throughout the night). My goal is to encourage healthy sleep habits for the whole family.

$35 USD · Per hour

What to expect

As your birth doula, I help ready you, mind and body, for your birth. This includes 3 in-home visits. First, to get to know one another and chat about your goals and intentions for delivery day. The second focuses on optimal fetal positioning, staying well and hydrated, and practicing techniques to utilize during labor. Our third is solidifying your birth plan, your go-bag, and finalizing any other details you would like help with.
