i have twins, and a daughter & this is my 3rd pregnancy. with this potentially being my last, i want to try my hardest to go natural, no epidural. but i know for sure i need a good support system and someone who knows how to walk me through this. i plan to give birth, at mercy south hospital.

This is my first baby. I was a labor and delivery nurse for 3 years and loved how amazing the Douglas where that we worked with and just how supportive they were of the pts needs and wants. I would like to go without an epidural but it isnt an absolute no for me. I plan to give birth at BJH. Im looking to have as calm and relaxing of an experience as possible, really want someone that can help motivate me to keep going, do different positions and techniques, as well as remind me to stay focused and relaxed. Then also someone to help me with breastfeeding postpartum as well. As im very nervous.

I’m a first-time mom looking for both birth and postpartum doula support. I’m planning to give birth at Mercy Midwifery Center and would love someone who can provide calm, hands-on support during labor, help with comfort measures and natural pain-management techniques, advocate for my birth preferences, and support both me and my husband throughout labor and delivery. For postpartum, I’m looking for someone who can help me feel confident caring for our newborn while also supporting my recovery. I’d appreciate newborn care guidance, feeding/breastfeeding support, soothing techniques, sleep guidance, and general education about what to expect with a newborn and postpartum recovery. I’d also love practical help around the house during those early weeks, including meal prep, dishes, light cleaning, and laundry, so I can focus on resting, healing, breastfeeding, bonding with our baby, and adjusting to being a new mom. I’m especially interested in someone who is experienced, patient, supportive of natural birth, and knowledgeable about both maternal recovery and newborn care.

I will be giving birth in a hospital. I am unsure on a budget, I do have health care through my job and also medicaid if that helps. I don't really have a birth plan, this is my first child I just want to ensure that I have an advocate that'll help with necessary birth decisions.

I plan to give birth in the hospital. I have no idea what this costs, but I’m looking for something inexpensive that accepts BCBS insurance. I’m going to work toward doing it as natural as possible. I am not anti-epidural but if I can have someone prepare me, I shouldn’t need it. My husband will be involved in my birth. But I believe I want delayed cord clamping, the golden hour, and a natural birth with as least of a risk of tearing as possible.
