I pride myself on my ability to organize and problem solve space-saving solutions in the home. I'll come to your home and help get you organized and set you up to bring home your baby! THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES: • (1) 30 minute consultation to access and prioritize your needs. • (1) 8 hour session set aside for helping you prepare for your baby. Each task list is specially curated for each client, but could include options like: - Cleaning the breast pump parts and putting together a breastfeeding station. - Assembling strollers, bassinets, cribs, and any other baby gear. - Properly installing the car seat. - Setting up a changing station with diapers and wipes. - Packing the hospital bag. - Washing, drying, and folding baby's newborn clothes, crib sheets, and blankets. - Finishing the nursery.

In this package expectant mothers and families will be provided service in the following ways: THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES: - (2) In-person or virtual prenatal sessions. - In-person labor support wherever you are giving birth: hospital, birth center, or at home. - Support throughout labor and immediate postpartum. I will be present at the place of birth for the first 2 hours after birth. Beyond that, I will also continue to be available for support virtually, by phone, email up to 6 weeks postpartum. - (1) Postpartum home visit to ensure things are on the right track and to help alleviate any of your concerns or provide you with any necessary resources. - An outline of your birth plan. Together, we will build a birth that you are confident in. Doing this together allows me to fully advocate for your wishes wherever you might give birth. - Available by phone, email, or text from the time of contract sign-on; allowing 24 hours for non-urgent responses. - Available by phone, email, or text up to 3 months postpartum. - On call 24/7 starting at 2 weeks before your estimated due date up until you give birth. "On call" means that I must be within 2 hours of your location and will be available day or night by phone. - Raw birth photos from my phone during my time at your birth.* - A non-judgmental, listening ear. - A sense of humor. The "UNRAVELED" Birth Support Package is a great option for expectant parents looking for an inclusive Doula support experience during their birth, with a little extra help on preparing for the baby before the day arrives. In this package expectant mothers and families will be provided service in the following ways: THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES: -6 hours of in-home Nesting help to help parents in whatever way they choose.* - (1) Additional prenatal OR postpartum session (your choice) Plus all of the perks from the "INTERTWINED" Package: - (2) In-person or virtual prenatal sessions.
