About me

Hi, I’m a French-licensed physical therapist, current DPT student, and postpartum doula. I’ve also had the opportunity to work in pediatric settings, which has deepened my love for caring for little ones and supporting families. Becoming a parent can feel beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, and everything in between. My role is to be there for you through it all—with a listening ear, a helping hand, newborn care, and a safe, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, share your doubts, or simply take a breath. I’ll never tell you how you “should” parent. Instead, I’ll give you the support, rest, reassurance, and evidence-based resources you need to feel confident finding your own way. Most importantly, I want you to feel cared for, too—not just supported in caring for your baby. 🤍

Service introduction

My postpartum doula support is centered around one simple idea: caring for the whole family, not just the baby. I offer both daytime and nighttime support, with hands-on newborn care, feeding and soothing support, light household help, and emotional support so you can rest, recover, and have time to simply be with your baby. I’m also here to listen, answer questions, and provide evidence-based information and resources to help you feel more confident during those first weeks. Every family is different, so my support is tailored to your needs—whether you need an extra pair of hands during the day, help getting some much-needed rest at night, newborn support, or simply someone beside you while you find your rhythm. All packages are flexible and can be adjusted or customized to fit your family’s needs, schedule, and changing postpartum journey. Nothing is one-size-fits-all. There is no “right” way to do postpartum. My role is to support you without judgment, create a safe space for questions and concerns, and help make this transition feel a little lighter. Because you deserve to feel cared for, too. 🤍
