I offer 3 different birth packages as well as postpartum support. I also teach prenatal classes and offers lactation support during the postpartum journey.
Packages
Birth Doula package
2 in person, prenatal visits for Coaching and Education in preparation for your birth. ( 3 hours each) We will create your preferences for labor and body feeding. Prenatal support by email and phone and access to free curated library. On call support From 37-42 weeks. I will support you thru your labor and will stay 1 hour after birth, for babies first feeding. We will have one post visit within 2 weeks of birth to process your experience and discuss referrals, and explore what you and your family need in your 4th trimester for additional support and simple, practical self care routines.

Postpartum Overnight Support
I offer 8 to 12 hours of overnight service which includes emotional support, lactation support, and overall newborn care support. My goal is to allow parents the maximum amount of rest while I care for the baby. Willing to travel up to 15 miles.
