Offering peaceful, evidence-based, and personalized support to families in the fourth trimester Antonia supports families in the following ways, and more: —Answers any and all questions related to newborns and postpartum recovery (sleep, feeding, development, etc.) —Provides hands-on newborn care so you can rest (and is always ready to show caregivers tips and tricks for newborn basics like swaddling, soothing, baby-wearing, changing, etc.) —Provides you with evidence-based resources on relevant topics and appropriate referrals to other professionals (lactation/sleep consultants, mental health professionals, etc.) —Helps you understand your newborn’s cues in order to build a routine that works for your family —Completes basic household tasks so you can spend your time with baby (washing bottles, light laundry, basic meal prep, etc.) —Leaves you feeling rested and prepared to take on the exciting months to come!
