Packages
Initial Consultation
This visit can be lengthy averaging at about 2 hours. It includes getting a thorough health history for both mom & baby, a complete oral assessment looking for any tethered oral tissue that could be impacting breastfeeding, observation and assessment of an entire nursing session with a pre/post weight check to assess milk transfer, a personalized and customized plan for YOUR baby and family - all faxed to both mom & baby’s healthcare provider. At this visit - I also review all of your “equipment,” so to speak. I will show you how to bottle your baby, what bottles I recommend if you do not have them already, show you how to use your pump, explain your breast pump parts and what they do, explain how to wash them and how often, answer any questions you have about breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, newborn sleep & more. This visit also comes with immediate text or email support for 24hrs after the visit and intermittent for 2 weeks folllwing the appointment. I understand that as a new parent….you can forget, or you realize when I walk out the door you have a follow up question…or something new comes up! I will not leave you hanging! **If I have never met with you or your baby before - this appointment is for you

Follow Up Consult
This visit is a continuation of our initial visit. It will check on goals we set in previous visit, assess our plan we created and address any possible new concerns. Depending on your initial consultation - sometimes follow-up visits are highly recommended and encouraged (i.e. if we have concerns about low supply, poor weight gain for baby, nipple shield use or those I gave a triple feeding plan to - I usually need to see you again in 7 days to re-assess). This follow up visit can be 3 days after our initial or 3, 6 or 9 months later. Distracted feeding with your 6 month old thats learning the world around him? Let me help you!

Prenatal Consult
This visit includes obtaining a full history of your current pregnancy and any past pregnancies you’ve had along with your past postpartum experiences. An in depth overview of your feeding goals, what to expect those first few days with your newborn, advice on how to advocate for yourself. This is great for any family - first baby or 3rd baby - I can give you a customized plan. Not sure how you’re going to breastfeed with a crazy toddler at home? I got you…Also great for those that want more education on different feeding options in those early days and especially those mamas who had a difficult time nursing a prior baby. During this visit - we can discuss your pump, gadgets, bottle systems, pacifiers, ect. Any questions you may have - I’m here for you! You will also have access to me while you are still in the hospital after you deliver and can contact me via text/call before discharge to schedule your initial lactation consultation. For those that book a prenatal visit - I have special pricing for clients that re-book with me once baby is born.

Christine is the best lactation consultant I’ve ever worked with. She is passionate about what she does and treats her clients like friends, not customers. She is truly one of a kind!

Working with Christine was an absolute God send. As a third time mom who struggled with breast feeding with each prior baby, Christine was committed to making the process both successful and enjoyable. She is dedicated, supportive, compassionate and went above and beyond countless times to ensure I felt cared for along with my baby. I now recommend her to all of my mom friends and could not be more grateful to have her as a part of my postpartum and motherhood journeys.

I can’t even put into words how grateful I am that Christine came into my life! As a former PICU nurse for 8 years I thought having a baby and all that goes with it would come naturally. I couldn’t have been more wrong! My daughter wouldn’t latch in the hospital and I went home feeling completely overwhelmed between attempting to nurse, failing to latch, pumping, and then bottle feeding. In comes Christine with a coffee in hand for this sleep deprived mama. She makes it feel like you have known her for years and I couldn’t believe how instantly at ease I felt. She offers realistic plans that meet YOUR needs (with everything written on her portal cause let’s be honest you’re going to forget!) and is able to provide lots of laughs along the way! In addition to providing lactation and feeding education, she also looks at the whole picture and all the struggles that come along with transitioning into motherhood. A couple weeks after delivery, I suffered from significant mental health issues and Christine continued to be there to support both me and my family. I have never been so vulnerable and I will forever be indebted to her. Christine has seen me at my absolute lowest point, yet is still able to lift me up and make me feel confident as a new mom. Even though our feeding situation is established now I still like Christine to come back and see us! It’s like catching up with an old friend who has the education and background to reassure you that you are crushing it as a new mom! I can’t recommend her enough for anyone who is struggling with feeding their baby – or even if you aren’t and just have some questions! Christine is so knowledgeable, compassionate, and there is no way I would have been able to feed the way I wanted without her! I could go on and on about how amazing Christine is, but just do yourself a favor and book her – you won’t regret it!
