First baby on the way! We are looking for an experienced night nanny / newborn care specialist to support our family for the first few months. Our primary goals are ensuring safe overnight newborn care, establishing healthy sleep foundations, and helping both parents get the restorative rest needed to show up fully during the day. Looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable in infant safe sleep guidelines, and communicative. Looking for someone a few nights per week, 9PM - 5AM ish, who will bottle feed, do diaper changes, and basic overnight care. Start date would be early December (depending on due date) and last probably a few months depending how things go.
