I am a birth doula with DONA International, a Lactation Educator and Counselor through U.C. San Diego and a E-RYT 200 and RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) with the Yoga Alliance. During the perinatal period, I strive to help parents feel educated, supported and cared for through this transformational time in their lives. I combine evidence based information, yoga philosophy and trust in physiological birth to help parents feel empowered on their journey into parenthood.
