About me

I was raised in Albany and am now growing my family here. I feel that when we support birth, we support the health and future of our communities. Continuous and compassionate labor support, tailored to your unique situation, is so significant for birthing people. Families should also be provided evidence-based informational support during the pregnancy process so that they can truly know all their options prior to going into labor. As your doula, I will use my knowledge of the birth process to provide physical, emotional, and environmental comfort measures during your birth. You can have peace of mind knowing that you will be supported in your decisions with the aim of a positive and joyful birthing experience.
