I am an internationally trained doula currently completing recertification requirements in the United States and seeking approved settings in Indiana where I may complete required observation hours. As part of my recertification, I am required to be present for a minimum number of births and to complete observation hours related to labor, delivery, and lactation support. Doula for in a hospital getting induced on December 12th, 2025.

We are looking for a night nanny / doula that can help sleep train our 5 month old son. He is a very difficult sleeper that has become used to nursing to fall asleep. Sleep regression really started around the 4 month mark and has not gotten any better. Nights currently consist of waking every 2 hours and struggling to go back to sleep. Mom is having an extremely difficult time and needs help as soon as possible. Dad works full time and struggles to assist during the week. This is baby number 5, and we are at a loss. Budget at this point is whatever it takes to get a better sleeping baby.

I'm a single mother - plan to give birth in a hospital, likely induce a week before due date. I'm just worried about having night support the first few months, and some emotional support as I navigate this transition. My mom will help me but probably won't do many night shift.

I’m looking to have a natural unmedicated birth at the hospital. Also looking for guidance throughout my pregnancy on what I should be doing to prepare for labor and delivery. I fled an abusive relationship in Alberta to come here with my 22 month old. I mostly just dont want to be alone in the hospital. My dad will have my son that is all I here. I was able to have a doula for my first pregnancy and had a lovely experience!

Hi there, my name is Jenny- may I am a single mama to soon to be 5 children. I’m currently 17 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my 5th baby and moving to the Cobourg area. I have been having the hardest time finding a midwife that has availability to assist me with my planned home birth ( waitlisted everywhere) or not in the catchment. I have spoke with some other doulas and friends and have decided that I’m open to an unassisted home birth if necessary. It had come to my attention that there is a term called Traditional Birth Assistants who are not medical professionals but perhaps have more experience with the birth process. It is my understanding that these Birth assistants are typically found by word of mouth. I was wondering if you had any knowledge of anyone practicing this in the Cobourg or surrounding areas?

I am 3 months pregnant and I would like a doula to help support me through pre labor, during labor, and after labor. I want someone to help stand up for my needs during birth and after. I plan to give birth In Lafayette Indiana. I want to try and stay home once my water breaks till as long as possible and to try not to have an epidural if I can stand the pain. I want to try and give birth in a position other than my back. I would like to do delayed cord clamping till the cord turns white and not pulsating. I want someone to help stand up to the hospital staff for my needs and also my family with my needs.

A night time nurse to help us get through the first few weeks going back to work. Our daughter is a month old and currently very clingy at night to where we aren't sleeping well.
