I'm 27 weeks pregnant with twins (first pregnancy) and am looking for an IBCLC to prepare for breastfeeding. I am also looking for a night doula/night nanny to help in the first few weeks or months of my babies' lives. I'm giving birth in a hospital and am hoping for a vaginal birth (depending on how the twins present).

I had a c-section and am unable to go up and down the stairs of my home currently to talk the dogs. My husband has to go back to work in 12/22. Giving birth at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital. Insurance coverage - Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Hoping to have a vaginal birth. Kneeling birthing position (not on back unless absolutely necessary). Unable to have an epidural. Hospital has minimal pain management options (maybe some local because I asked about it. No to nitrous, they don't do that here, mixed opiate if absolutely necessary. If C-section is required, general anesthesia is necessary.) Mother, former nanny, will be at the hospital for the birth.
