I am having a c section on October 15, 2025 and would like all doula services focused around lactation and baby bonding support ASAP postpartum. My 1st child had a lip and tongue tie and was 5.5lbs so would fall asleep as soon as he latched. Breastfeeding was very emotional and stressful, ultimately I ended up exclusively pumping. Hello, I was looking for a doula that was at least partially covered by Kaiser, Northern California. I was hoping to receive some prenatal, labor and delivery, and potentially some postpartum care (ideally more time that is alloted from Kaiser, and willing to pay out of pocket for the additional hours).
