I plan to give birth at AV Hospital. This is my first pregnancy and I would just like some help creating my birth plan, getting more educated, and having more of a support system than just my doctors.

We plan to give birth at UCLA Westwood or UCLA Santa Monica. My insurance (UnitedHealth Care - HMO) said that everything would be covered, so, looking for a doula that accepts and works with UHC. This is my second child, and we will give birth in a hospital. We are all for modern medicine, and modern pain management, as needed. Need someone in the North LA area SFV, SCV I will be giving birth at a birthing center. My budged is below 3k I am a small business owner who is funding my own birth and maternity leave and have very limited insurance with a high deductible.
