I am interested in a midwife/dual with a holistic approach. That will help me to achieve a safe and unmediated birth. I have had o e prior child as a vaginal birth, I labored for over 24hrs, did end up with an epidural at 9.5cm (I did not want one), had a 2nd sac of water, and did have a tear. I did not want to push on my back and made that clear, it didn’t change anything, I asked for delayed cord clamping, it did not change anything. I did not have a lot of the things I wanted met.

I want an at home birth and maybe a birthing class.

We have recently found out we are pregnant with our second child. We had a successful home birth with our daughter in July 2024, and would like to try for a home water birth this time around! I would like to find a local midwife that provides prenatal and postnatal care as well as birthing support.

I don’t know all the details yet, as I am only 9 weeks pregnant. I want to start researching a midwife/doula. I want to have an unmedicated birth with little to no medical intervention unless absolutely necessary. I intend to give birth at a hospital, but I strongly believe in the body’s natural ability to go through labor. I want someone who can support me and my husband to advocate for us so that he can focus on emotionally supporting me and I can focus on working through labor.

I am pregnant for the 3rd time. I'm due around July 6th. I will be traveling cross-country from Dec 15th-Jan15th. Then flying internationally throughout Jan-April/May. We will then drive cross-country again to be back in the Hagerstown area to give birth near family. I'm interested in a midwife (I was recommended a CNM but I'm not fully educated on the difference so I am open to convincing!) who can help me virtually as a travel then with a water birth either in my home or a local birth center. My previous two pregnancies/births were unmedicated and had very little medical intervention. We are working on a limited budget but I know this is important to me to birth in this way rather than return to a hospital. We are very strong in our Christian faith and, while it's not a requirement, I would love to work with someone who can support me in that aspect as well!

Someone to help support me through a un medicated birth (as long as all goes well). I had back surgery in march and am looking for someone to help support my decision for a natural vaginal birth vs an elected c section. I would love to have my Christian music played in the background. This will be my second home birth. My first experience was amazing ! I anticipate this experience will also be incredible ! I don’t have many other request for my birth lab at this time. My main concern of finding a midwife that aligns with our beliefs as well as a midwife that can accommodate for our large family present.

I would like to give birth at my home, if possible a water birth. We just moved out to Lancaster, pa. I have had multiple miscarriages before my two full term pregnancies but then I had a recent miscarriage about 2 years ago. I am 10 weeks and about 3 days so far and just 2 weeks ago I purchased myself prenatal gummies because I can’t do the pills, my last two pregnancies I had to take almost 6 pills different sizes. My WellSpan doctors had me doing 3 different first patient appointments before any ultrasounds or any type of prenatal support I’m no sure why but I chose to look for help elsewhere. I have health partners medicade insurance. I’m looking for somebody to help me through this experience without the hospitals and drugs they provide because I know and have seen successful home births with healthy happy families and would love to experience the same if possible .

Hello, my husband and I just found out recently that we are pregnant and I've been hunting for a midwife and someone to help me through this process as this is our first child. I want to have a natural birth with as minimal medical intervention as possible.
