I plan to give birth in a hospital. I want to do it without an epidural. Im open to other medicinal interventions and definitely non medicinal interventions. I want my husband to be there and be my support. I want calming environment and God centered motivation. I have no idea what our budget is. We dont have a lot of money so cheaper is better but we won't necessarily cut must have things.

This is my first pregnancy, and I am looking into a lot of different options to find what is best for the baby and me. I love the thought of a home birth but I am open to a hospital as well. I do not have a budget right now and was hoping to talk to someone about prices and plans that could be offered. I am only 7 weeks along currently and had my first appointment at a hospital and it just didn't feel like the best fit for me because they want to have 6 different people work with me throughout the pregnancy and I want someone more constant who will know me and the baby and me. Hello, We are looking for a professional and compassionate midwife to come to our home and assist in active labor. Our birth plan is currently receiving prenatal care from Northwestern Family Medicine, but they do not offer midwives, nor at home births; so we need to hire a midwife for the actual labor at home.
