I need help during birth and after. I plan to give birth at the hospital, I dont know pricing so I dont know a budget that's realistic so im hope my insurance will cover or I can do a payment plan. I dont have a birth plan yet.

I’m interested in a at home water birth. I’m wanting to see if my insurance would cover it but if not I’d like to see how much i’d have to pay out of pocket.

I plan on giving birth in the hospital (saint francis) I was hoping to find someone my insurance covers(anthem Medicaid) I have not put much thought into it except not wanting epidural/ other drugs. The only thing I’m okay with as of now is nitrous oxide.

I would like to birth at home. Budget would be low, we are a one-income family on state issued insurance. I have had three successful hospital births. I have a very supportive husband who is a practicing Paramedic. My husband caught our most recent child upon delivery. I labor for about a day but transition and deliver very quickly. I would plan on a very hands off natural way of delivery. I've longed for the calm and peace of being in my own home and not having nurses prod and check according to hospital protocols. The only drug I would use if allowed would be nitrous oxide.

I do not have a provider that I regularly see, and I am interested in establishing care with a midwife. I would love to plan for a home birth. I experience significant anxiety, and I know that being in my home environment would provide the calm and sense of safety I need for both myself and my baby to support a positive birth experience. I am also interested in the option of laboring and or birthing in water. (want natural birth) We do have a deep bathtub at home, but I am also open to using a birthing pool if recommended. For my first appointment, I am also in need of a Pap smear and breast exam.
