Plan to give birth at home. I’m not sure on the budget right now but lower cost is preferred I’m not really well off by any means as far as income. I just want this time to be a more personal intimate expierience.

I would like to give birth at home as naturally as possible. My first birth was in a hospital and little traumatic. I am 35 so I know I’m considered higher risk but I don’t want the hospital atmosphere for my baby.

This is my first pregnancy and both my partner and I will be first time parents. I’m looking for help understanding my body as baby and I continue to grow. I live far from my mother and sisters so it’s a very emotional time without that support. I would love to learn new things for baby safety, feeding, sleep as well as what’s good for me as I’m nourishing myself and baby. I plan to give birth in the hospital with very minimal interventions, but I’m currently unsure what a back up plan would look like and I could use some support with creating that backup plan. Our first birth plan is to be very intimate and peaceful but my partner can also use some understanding and learning points for how to support, and where, at the time of birth. Once baby arrives, my partner won’t have the opportunity to be home with us long, and I’m planning to be home for 2 months postpartum. We would absolutely love the night support and the continuous learning. We have family support but we really want the first week to be only us and baby, as well as have strong boundaries with family about baby with hygiene and safety so this is where the help would come in. I feel like there is more to discuss to better understand match, but I am still very new!

I will be using a doula and hypnobirthing as well! I follow a plant-based diet as well and am looking for a provider who is supportive of that. I have a history of severe anxiety and PTSD and am looking to partner with provider, doula, and my long-time therapist to ensure I have a calm, fun, rewarding, and empowering birth experience. However, because of my anxiety and OCD, I still want to give birth in the hospital so that there is easy access to intervention if something goes wrong. Budget is under 2k. Christian doula is important to me. I’m open to home birth but I’m also considering giving birth at novant kernersville nc. This is my second baby. I have birth trauma from my first. I’d like a doula my age or older (30 years) and someone who has given birth themselves before. I want to go no epidural but maybe laughing gas. Epidural stopped working on me last time so I don’t want another.
